Payment Terms

All bookings must be made in writing via e-mail.

An order becomes binding once the client confirms a consulting offer in writing via e-mail.

All consulting services are provided exclusively against full advance payment. Work will only begin after payment has been received.

By booking and paying for the consultation, the client expressly agrees that the consulting service may begin before the statutory withdrawal period has expired.

The provision of the booked consulting package begins as soon as project-related work has commenced.

The booked consulting packages include both telephone consulting time and project-related analysis, research, preparation and strategic development work.

Reserved consulting and project time slots, as well as project-related work already commenced, remain part of the booked consulting package.

Additional services outside the agreed package or scope of services will be charged at €149 per hour based on actual time spent.

Scope of Services

The consultation includes strategic and project-related support throughout the publishing process, particularly in the areas of positioning, publishing strategy, visibility, platform selection, marketing and project structure.

The consultation is project-based and includes both direct consulting sessions and project-related analysis, research, preparation and strategic development work.

The following services are expressly not included:

• Full editing services
• Ghostwriting
• Cover design
• Full book formatting
• Operational social media management
• Advertising campaign management
• Legal review of content
• Guarantees regarding sales, visibility or audience reach

Communication & Process

Communication takes place project-based via e-mail and scheduled telephone consultations.

The consultation is provided exclusively within the scope of the booked consulting offer.

Requests outside the agreed scope of services may be billed separately.

Response times may vary depending on project workload.
